This privacy policy (hereinafter, «the policy») deals with our information use and disclosure practices. Your use of Ardizi Design is subject to this Policy and you express your consent by using and accessing Ardizi Design, being bound by the conditions of service. If you choose to sign up for certain programs, activities or services, you may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions regarding the collection and use of your information.

This is your business/personal information.

You have full control over the personal or business information you provide (name, email, home address, business, etc.). If you are given access to use and analyze your website, you can decide who to give access to your accounts by establishing connections with the people you want.

You have complete control over who can contribute and retrieve information from the services we offer within Ardizi Design and you can revoke your access and permissions at any time after the initial year. You are the owner of the account provided by Ardizi Design and, as such, you can verify the accuracy of the information on your website included in it and request modifications at any time if your plan allows it.

How the information is obtained
The only personally identifiable information that Ardizi Design obtains is that which you voluntarily provide or authorize.

Healthcare professionals at Ardizi Design will be able to access, contribute and receive information from your account and you grant them access and permissions to do so.

Ardizi Design subscription programs (Web Maintenance, Social Networks, SEO, Guidelines and Advertising, Domain, Hosting, etc.) will be able to access, contribute and upload content to your business or personal accounts, if you establish a connection with said programs and grants them permission to do so.

Printed materials (for example, business cards, flyers, t-shirts, caps, pop material, agendas, etc.) may include information about your business that you provide and voluntarily accept to be displayed on such material directly or through the website, networks social networks and all digital content that Ardizi Design generates and grants them permission to do so.

How to share your website service information

It is up to you whether you want to share the information included in your Ardizi Design services. You may share information with friends and family members you trust, as well as with healthcare professionals from Marketing Agencies, web developers, to the extent necessary for the services you choose to participate in, and with others to whom you grant access and assign privileges within Ardizi Design accounts. By choosing to grant privileges, you are establishing ‘connections’ with the person or organization in question. And Ardizi Design is not responsible for changes or manipulations of them, in case you need to fix a problem for granting scrolls to third parties, an analysis will be made and an estimate of all damages will be sent to you.

You can give these people the right to view, contribute to, and receive information about your Ardizi Design services. These privileges may be granted, modified, or revoked at any time after the first year of service. When you share your information in any other way through Ardizi Design with another person or company, you are giving your consent and accepting responsibility for your decision to grant them access to information that may be confidential.

Collection and use of your information by Ardizi

Ardizi Design collects certain information from you in three ways: (i) from web server logs, (ii) with cookies and web analytics tools, and (iii) directly from you.

Web analytics: Ardizi Design uses web analytics to understand the use of the Ardizi Design site. This information is used to help design, develop and support Ardizi Design. Although the web analytics tool may receive and store information about your use of the Ardizi Design site (such as the pages you have accessed), it does not receive any personally identifiable or confidential information as part of this process. If you do not want Google Analytics to collect your data, you can use the Google Analytics Opt-out browser add-on, available on the Google website.

Services (user-provided information): We may use your account and email address to communicate with you about our services. When you sign up for a new service, we will collect personally identifiable information such as contact information (eg, name, address, phone number and alternative email address), demographic data (eg, zip code, organization or position) or confidential information (eg, password information for your email or social media accounts). But we will never use your personal information to sell you new services.

De-identified Information: We do not use or disclose your information for any purpose that differs in any way from what is stated in this Policy without your consent. We will ask for your consent to use your data «de-identified» if we want to use it. De-identified information has been stripped of personally identifiable information that could be linked to your identity, so it cannot be associated with you in any way. You can always revoke the permission to share the data disassociated from your identification. If you would like to choose to share your de-identified data, Ardizi Design (including its subsidiaries and collaborators) may use it for any purpose contemplated by law, which may include analysis for the purpose of uploading digital content, incorporation into databases, reports , comparative data sets, scales or systems of scales drawn from them, and use them for larger Ardizi Design initiatives, such as the development and improvement of the Ardizi Design service.

Disclosure and sharing of your information by Ardizi Design

Ardizi Design does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you or your business with third parties or unaffiliated companies, except when you give your consent or in the following circumstances:

Disclosure in Extraordinary Circumstances: We will provide information about you to satisfy subpoenas and court or process orders, or to establish or exercise our rights under law or to use it in our defense in legal proceedings. We will share information about you when we deem appropriate to investigate, prevent, or prosecute illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, breach of the Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law.

Disclosure to third parties who assist us in our activities: We will provide your personal information to affiliates, subsidiaries and trusted collaborators who work on our behalf or with Ardizi Design and who are subject to confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help us in the development of our activity.

Security of the information

Ardizi Design data is stored in a secure data center, designed to protect against unauthorized access, use or disclosure of the information it may contain. Our strict physical and electronic security measures are regularly reviewed to ensure compliance with our policies and to manage and improve our capabilities.

Security breaches

If there is a breach of the security of your information, Ardizi is required by law to notify you. By agreeing to this Policy, you authorize Ardizi Design to send such notice to the email address on your Ardizi Design account. If you prefer to receive notice by courier or priority mail, you must make your request in writing and provide us with a mailing address.

Protection of the privacy of minors

Ardizi Design is not conceived or intended for children. Ardizi Design will not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from children under 17 years of age.

You can request to disable and delete your information, histories and account

After one year in any of the subscriptions, you may request the cancellation of the services with Ardizi Design and, with some exceptions, once your request is made, you may lose your digital presence as your web page content. In case of canceling your subscription to the services with Ardizi Design before the end of the year, you must cancel the value of the same to proceed with its cancellation.

Likewise, once the year is over in any of the subscriptions, payments will continue automatically, until you generate your cancellation with Ardizi Design at any time. Deletions entail the permanent destruction of the history and the information it contained.

You can cancel your Ardizi Design account at any time. When you cancel your account, all the records you have created in it will be deleted, as well as all the information it contained.

The information you share with third parties may remain in their physical systems or files after deletion or modification of your personal or business accounts. It is your responsibility to change your passwords and to contact any such third party to ensure that any information in their possession relating to you is amended or deleted.

Orders – Changes, Canceled Services and Payment:
Orders for services, including, but not limited to, subscriptions, multimedia, digital imaging and photo services, or printed materials are considered final when placed and cannot be downgraded or canceled for any reason. If the customer cancels the order, all money paid is non-refundable. Full payment or the first payment on a payment plan is due when the order is placed.

Once the images, files, pdf are chosen/sent or submitted, the order is considered in production. If you request a change, you must cancel the full value of the service for any modification. Due to the personalized nature of orders, an order cannot be changed or canceled once it has been placed. No refunds will be given for products or services after the order has been placed. Any remaining balance on orders must be paid in full before products are delivered. If the Customer does not pay their order, or payments are late 60 days, the order will be cancelled, the files, images or any other content made will be deleted and all monies paid will be non-refundable. Without exceptions.

Cancellation of services:

In the event that the client breaches, repudiates or cancels the contract/services for any reason, all monies paid will be retained by Ardizi Design, to compensate for their loss of business. In all circumstances, all sales are final and all payments are non-refundable.

Payments

Payments can be made through the platforms that Ardizi Design works with, to keep customer accounts safe (stripe, zelle, etc.). According to the agreement made between the client and Ardizi Design, payments for services will be made, all services must be canceled before or at the start of each product/service either for delivery or presentation.

Refunds – Services and Orders:

All sales with Ardizi Design are final. No refunds will be given.

Share Image:

Each client is responsible for the material that they provide to Ardizi Design for the creation of their content or publications for their personal or business accounts of the client, they are also responsible for how they use the content created in Ardizi Design, and publish their services such as logos, pages web, social networks, multimedia content on your different platforms or third-party platforms (website, marketing, advertising, marketing material, guidelines) or reject it while keeping your images completely personal or for your business.

Ardizi Design can publish its created services such as logos, web pages, social networks, multimedia content for public use (website, marketing, brand manuals, etc.) for advertising use and attraction of new clients.

Impressions

Orders for prints like; logos, vinyls, photographs, cards, flyers, etc. including, among others, brand manuals, are considered final when they are made and cannot be canceled for any reason. If Customer requests Impressions of any kind, Customer will be provided with a Digital Proof representing the design of the services requested for Customer’s review and approval. Failure to request changes to Ardizi Design will constitute approval by the Client which will occur as shown on the Digital Proof.

Notification of changes to this privacy policy

This Policy will be reviewed periodically as new features and services are added, the legal framework changes, or industry practices regarding security and privacy evolve. Even so, we will take reasonable steps to notify you of material changes to this Policy. We will display an effective date and last revision date in that Policy to make it easier for you to identify when the change took place. You are responsible for periodically reviewing this policy.
