Third parties who contribute to your account or with whom you share it
You may authorize other people and organizations to consult, contribute and receive information from the Ardizi Design records that you manage, depending on the privileges you have granted. Once authorized, these persons and organizations may electronically consult and receive information from your personal or business accounts, as well as make contributions to them, as you have specified, until you modify your privileges or revoke by any other means the connections established with them. TO THE EXTENT LAWFUL LIMITS, WE RELEASE, ON BEHALF OF OURSELVES AND ON BEHALF OF OUR SUPPLIERS, LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE OR DATA .

Customer outside of the US
IF YOU ARE A NON-US CUSTOMER, THERE IS NOTHING IN THESE TERMS THAT LIMITS OUR LIABILITY IN ALL OF THE ABOVE.

Your opinion
We invite you to send us your suggestions to improve Ardizi Design. If you submit feedback to us, you agree that Ardizi may use such information, including the ideas and concepts incorporated therein, for any purpose authorized by law. If we require it, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to the assignment of your ownership rights in the information you have provided to us.

Termination
By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use of this website, applicable laws and regulations and their compliance. The termination of the Ardizi Design services by us, or the cancellation of your account, entails the deletion of all domains and hosting uses as well as any other information that you have created within the Ardizi Design services. It is possible that the information that is generated with your personal or business accounts such as those of social networks, google accounts remain under your ownership after the deletion of your Ardizi Design account. You may not use Ardizi Design for any purpose that is illegal, immoral, or otherwise prohibited by these Terms. You may not use Ardizi Design in any way that impairs, disables, overburdens, or impairs Ardizi Design or interferes with the use and enjoyment of Ardizi Design by others.
